SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are applied per order. If you order more than one product in a single purchase, you will only pay for shipping once.

Orders will be processed after payment confirmation and stock availability verification. Orders paid on Friday after 2 PM (Lisbon time) will be processed on the next business day. If any of the ordered items are unavailable, or if we need additional information, Boutique Vanessa Salgado will contact you via the email provided in the contact form. Therefore, it is always important to keep your information up to date.

Portugal

Shipping to Portugal is free for orders over €50. (Not valid for Sale/Promotion and Outlet items) For orders under €50, the shipping cost to Portugal is €6. Deliveries are made by Nacex between 9 AM and 7 PM on weekdays, and shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays. The delivery time is 1-3 business days* from the payment confirmation ¹ date, provided the item(s) are available. *The mentioned deadlines do not apply to the Azores and Madeira.  

EU Countries

Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout, based on the chosen delivery country. Orders will be delivered by Nacex within 3-7 business days from the payment confirmation date, provided the item(s) are available.

Non-EU Countries

Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout, based on the chosen delivery country. Orders will be delivered by CTT within 3-7 business days from the payment confirmation date, provided the item(s) are available. International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). Boutique Vanessa Salgado does not control these costs and cannot provide an estimate.

⚠ COVID-19: During the "mitigation phase," orders may experience preparation delays of 1-2 days.

Attention: To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure someone is present at the address. Boutique Vanessa Salgado does not offer scheduling or appointment services, so order delivery will be made without prior contact from CTT or Nacex.

During sale periods/Black Friday/Christmas/stock shortages, we do not guarantee the mentioned deadlines, and delays may occur.
